Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were large and very comfortable, with excellent bedding and a good shower. However, the layout with the walkway right between the twin beds was not ideal. The service was friendly and helpful, but the room location in a different building was a downside. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Lisbon. The dining experience was okay, with delicious breakfast but a bit late for my preference. Overall, a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although spacious and equipped with tea, coffee, and cakes, had no windows and only skylights that had to be shuttered, giving a closed-off feel. The interior bathroom was convenient but lacked natural light. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, with staff carrying our bags, assisting with check-in and check-out, and being patient with our lack of Portuguese. However, the location, despite being at the heart of Lisbon city center with easy access to food and shopping, was noisy and sometimes filled with homeless individuals. The dining options were somewhat limited, albeit of high quality. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
